As our team continues to grow, we are looking to hire a design and communication specialist to manage the company’s digital presence. Your primary tasks will focus on creating high-quality and visually compelling promotional materials and content for the company’s marketing purposes. You will also be responsible enhancing graphics for our consulting activities, for managing media relations and effectively promoting the company’s services, projects, and achievements across various digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have:

·       Strong expertise in graphic design

·       Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Content Management Systems (CMS)

·       Familiarity with content creation and social media management (LinkedIn, X)

·       Skills in creating Power Point and Word templates

·       Creativity and ability to come up with innovative ideas

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Ability to work both independently and in a team

·       Eye for detail and drive to optimize existing and new materials

·       Ability to take initiative and to follow through to ensure tangible results

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize

 

Appreciated characteristics include:

·       An interest in the energy sector, which will aid in creating relevant and impactful content

·       Writing and editorial skills

·       Experience in creating and editing videos to produce engaging multimedia content

 

Main responsibilities

·       Develop the company’s promotional materials in collaboration with executives,

·       Visualising energy data and insight into engaging and compelling content for reports, adverts, press releases, social media posts, newsletters and blogs

·       Manage websites’ content, as well as monitor and analyse website traffic, social media engagement and media coverage

·       Collaborate closely with the company’s analysts to effectively communicate and promote a range of services, project results and achievements.

·       Manage media relations, coordinating interviews, and handling media inquiries
